Terms & Conditions

A strong online platform should captivate your audience while ensuring search engines can find you effortlessly. User experience (UX) is so important to me. Have you ever gone to a website with a basic question and can't find the answer because the site is too hard to navigate? Organization is one of my top building blocks. With extensive web design experience, I also focus on boosting your brand's aesthetics by partnering with talented photographers and artists.

  1. We will set up a time to talk or email and I will assess your project details.

  2. I will send you a proposal via email. 

  3. Once terms are agreed upon, I will send you an invoice for the deposit. 

  4. You will receive a link to a form and possibly a list of questions and content to provide to me via email or within the form.

  5. I require professional high resolution photographs. (If you have questions about setting up a photo shoot, feel free to ask.) I also have a wonderful photographer that I work with who I commission for subject photos instead of stock that we can use to create a cohesive high-end look. I also use stock photos when it fits. If you are local, I will set a photo shoot up for you with myself and my photographer.

  6. I require all content to be provided by the start date. I will not start building a site without your content or deposit. 

  7. I am not responsible for copywriting, creating content, or sales. I will give you advice and guidance but you know your story or product best.

  8. Once the desktop version is built (typically between 2 to 4 weeks), I will send you a first look. This is your opportunity to look it over and give feedback about the things you would like changed. Submit your edit requests through email only. Please no text message or voicemail for specific edit requests. 

  9. Depending on what services that we agreed upon, I will set up your professional email address(es), blog, and email marketing system once the domain is connected. 

  10. Once the site is complete, I will transfer ownership to you, you will set up your payment information for platform/hosting/domain renewal. Then we will set up a meeting to go over your site. 

  11. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

ALERT!

Please verify directly with me when you receive emails with a different email address as the sender and state it is from "Michelle Gill" or Wix or regarding your website. There are scams daily and many use fake email accounts with my name and even photo. Do not engage and please Report as Phishing.

Most of my clients come from great recommendations from my clients. Google reviews bring me up to the top of the list in Google Search and the more Wix Marketplace reviews I get, the more leads from Wix. So please take the time to give me a FANTASTIC review, I would greatly appreciate it.

I will mark the project as complete and send you a review request.

(This is the only way to get into the Wix Marketplace review system if you did not come by way of the marketplace.)
